Struxy uses a small number of third-party services to operate the product.
A provider’s legal role can vary by activity. A company described here as a processor for one purpose may act as an independent controller for another purpose.
Current core providers
| Provider | What Struxy uses it for | Typical data involved | Role / notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Authentication, Postgres database, backend APIs, Edge Functions and related infrastructure | Account data, User Content, structured Struxy data, backend logs and entitlement records | Service provider / processor for core application infrastructure. Current Struxy project is configured in an EU region. |
| TensorX Ltd | AI inference | Capture/query content and a limited relevant context pack during an inference request | Processor for AI inference. TensorX states inference prompts/completions use zero data retention and EU infrastructure. |
| PostHog | Optional product and website analytics | Anonymous/pseudonymous analytics events, device/platform data and acquisition data | Analytics processor when you consent. Struxy uses the EU service endpoint. |
| Cloudflare | Website/application delivery, hosting target, CDN/network security and related infrastructure where deployed | IP address, request metadata and content necessary to deliver network requests | Infrastructure/security provider. Cloudflare operates a global network. |
| Dodo Payments | Merchant of Record, checkout, transaction handling, tax, fraud, refunds and chargebacks | Purchaser and transaction data; Dodo directly collects payment/billing data | Dodo acts as independent controller/legal reseller for core Merchant-of-Record activities and may act as processor for limited supplier-directed functions under its DPA. |
Optional community service
Slack
Founding Beta users may be invited to a private Slack community. Joining is optional.
If you join, Slack processes your account and community activity under Slack’s own terms and privacy practices. Do not use the beta Slack as a place to post private Struxy captures or highly sensitive personal information.
Provider changes
Struxy is an early-stage product, so providers may change for reliability, cost, privacy, security, legal compliance or product capability.
If a provider change materially affects how personal data is processed, we will update this page or the Privacy Policy and provide additional notice where required.
International transfers
Some providers operate globally. Where the GDPR applies and a provider transfers personal data outside the EEA to a country without an applicable adequacy decision, we require an appropriate transfer mechanism where legally required, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
