Effective from: 21 August 2026
These Founding Beta Terms apply when you obtain paid Founding Beta access to Struxy.
They supplement the general Struxy Terms of Service. If there is a conflict specifically about Founding Beta access, these Founding Beta Terms control.
1. What you are buying
Founding Beta access is an early-access entitlement to the Struxy beta together with a permanent Founding Beta Member status associated with your eligible Struxy account.
The current checkout is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
The beta checkout may allow you to choose how much to pay, subject to the minimum amount shown at checkout. Any suggested amount is only a suggestion.
2. What “permanent Founding Beta Member status” means
“Permanent” refers to the Founding Beta Member status, not to a promise that every future Struxy product or feature will be free forever.
Founding Beta Member status means that, while Struxy maintains user accounts and the Founding Beta programme, we intend to recognise the account as part of the founding beta cohort.
It does not guarantee:
- lifetime free access to all future Struxy products;
- unlimited AI usage;
- free access to third-party integrations or external service costs;
- free access to future premium, enterprise, autonomous-agent or high-compute features;
- that every beta feature will remain available forever;
- that Struxy itself will operate forever.
If we later create benefits specifically for Founding Beta Members, we may describe those benefits separately.
3. Access and account linking
Founding Beta access is associated with the email address used for the eligible purchase.
To activate access, you may need to create a Struxy account, verify the relevant email, and claim or link the entitlement to that account.
An entitlement may normally be claimed by only one Struxy account. Founding Beta access is personal and may not be resold, transferred or commercially sublicensed without our written permission.
If you used the wrong email or experience an entitlement problem, contact support@struxy.app.
4. Merchant of Record
Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and reseller/legal seller for the payment transaction.
Dodo Payments may collect the payment, calculate and collect applicable tax, issue the transaction receipt, handle payment-method processing, and administer payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks.
The transaction is subject to Dodo Payments’ buyer terms in addition to these Struxy terms.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
Nothing in these Founding Beta Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from, terminate or obtain a refund for a digital service, that right continues to apply.
If Dodo Payments or applicable law approves a full refund, payment reversal or chargeback, the corresponding paid Struxy entitlement may be deactivated.
A refund does not require Struxy to delete your account data automatically. You may separately request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.
6. Beta nature of the product
You are joining an unfinished product. You should expect bugs, incomplete features, changes to interface and behaviour, AI errors, temporary downtime, experimental models and workflows, feature migrations, and usage limits.
Your feedback may influence the product, but we are not required to implement a specific suggestion or roadmap item.
7. Private feedback community
Founding Beta access may include an invitation to a private Struxy feedback community, currently expected to use Slack.
Participation is optional. Community access is subject to reasonable conduct rules and may be removed for harassment, abuse, spam, unlawful activity or behaviour that materially disrupts the community.
The community platform itself is operated by a third party and has its own terms and privacy practices. We may migrate, replace or close the community platform in the future.
8. Service changes
Struxy may change substantially after the beta. We may replace models and infrastructure providers, change product architecture, add paid plans, introduce feature-specific charges, change usage limits, discontinue experimental features, or alter the way Founding Beta benefits are delivered.
We will not deliberately redefine “Founding Beta Member” simply to erase the fact that an eligible user joined the founding cohort, but the practical benefits associated with that status may evolve.
9. No investment, ownership or governance rights
A Founding Beta payment does not purchase equity, shares, tokens, voting rights, profit participation, ownership in Struxy, or a contractual right to influence product decisions.
“Founding” describes the user cohort only.
10. Termination for abuse
We may suspend or terminate beta access where you materially breach the Terms of Service, abuse the Service, compromise security, engage in fraud, or use a payment entitlement unlawfully.
Where your paid access is terminated for a reason that gives you mandatory refund rights, those rights remain unaffected.
11. Relationship to the Terms of Service
The Struxy Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Policy and AI Transparency Notice also apply to your use of the beta.
